Cordon Blue Rolls in Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (fillet) 2 pcs.
-Vetchina 150 gr.
- Cheese 150 gr.
- Cream (20 - 33%) 100 ml.
- Garlic 3 cloves
Green (chopped) 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil for frying
Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking:
Cheese cut into slices. Ham cut into thin slices. Chicken breast cut lengthwise by 3 plastic. Each plastic is pounded with a culinary hammer or the blunt side of a knife blade. Add some salt. On top of each plastic is laid 2 slices of ham. Put ham on the ham slices of cheese.
Roll up rolls. If done correctly, the rolls should not be revealed during cooking. But for safety net you can stick them with toothpicks. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan. We spread rolls. Fry on all sides until golden brown. Pour cream into the pan.
Squeeze the garlic. Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with greens. And simmer on low heat until the cream is evaporated twice. You can serve rice and vegetables as a side dish. I served as a side dish a mix of rice and bulgur.
