Salad "Sunflower"
Many have probably heard about this salad, but not everyone has had to cook it personally. Therefore, we now offer to cook a delicious and beautiful "Sunflower" salad.
We will need:
• 300 grams of chicken fillet;
• fleas;
• 6 chicken eggs;
• sunflower oil;
• mayonnaise;
Onions;
• the olives;
• nuts;
• 150 grams of cheese;
• 250 grams of fresh mushrooms;
Method of preparation:
• First stage. Cook until the chicken tenderloin is tender in a saucepan with water. Chop it finely.
Second step. Now boil the cooked chicken eggs, peel them and rub the yolks with the protein on a small grater.
• Third step. Clean the onions, chop them finely with the mushrooms, fry them in a sunflower oil in a pan.
• Step four. Then chop the nuts, rub the cheese on a fine grater. After that, arrange the prepared ingredients in a layered salad bowl.
• Step five. First put chicken fillet, mayonnaise, sautéed mushrooms with onions, then layer with walnuts + mayonnaise, egg whites + mayonnaise, grated cheese + mayonnaise and egg yolk.
• Step six. After all this, decorate the salad with olives and green vegetables and put the chips on the sides. Enjoy your meal!
